Now that the DEA’s comment period is over, will the public get a fair evaluation from the DEA? Considering the DEA refuses to release evidence backing the ban, it doesn’t seem likely. The DEA has passed the buck back to the FDA to help make the decision, but if you recall the FDA is the entity that requested the DEA ban kratom in the first place. I’m under the strong impression that the evidence does not exist and as such cannot be released, even under the Freedom of Information Act. The DEA responded to the FOIA request for hard data with press releases and copies of federal laws.
Pure, finely ground Kratom – nothing more, nothing less
